• 2+ years of professional email marketing/quality assurance experience, preferably in marketing campaign list selection processes and direct channel campaign deployment.
• Experience with email delivery platforms such as Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other equivalent campaign management platforms.
• Base level of knowledge with multiple programming languages is a plus (SQL, JavaScript, HTML).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Great logical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and a team player.

Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves:

• Quality assurance testing.
• Analysis.

Job Description: The Quality Assurance Analyst will oversee all marketing campaigns, including email campaigns and direct channels, prior to deployment. They ensure everything is ready to go to the correct segmented list for email campaigns. This role may involve identifying the lists that marketing communications need to be sent out to.
