Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple multifamily construction projects in the Ohio area. This role requires strong coordination, scheduling, and team management to ensure quality, safety, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical scopes for multifamily construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and materials.
• Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure NEC and local code compliance.
• Supervise field crews and enforce safety standards.
• Track costs, manage change orders, and support invoicing.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and project meetings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in electrical project management (multifamily preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NEC and construction practices.
• Proficient with plans, schedules, and project software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
