Overview:

We’re partnering with a reputable GC seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/PM to join their San Antonio team. This is an immediate-start opportunity for someone who can take ownership of both preconstruction and project execution within electrical scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical scopes on commercial projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and scope clarification
• Oversee day-to-day project management from bid award to final closeout
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to ensure scope alignment
• Manage budgets, schedules, and field operations alongside the superintendent team
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress tracking
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project delivery meets quality expectations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating and/or project management
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and commercial MEP systems
• Ability to manage multiple bids and active projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX
