Job Description

During the duration of the contract, the Contractor that fills the roles of an EEO Specialist working under the Complaints Processing Program will be responsible for performing associated tasks with the following ODI programs that are found within federal government EEO programs: EEO Complaints Processing Advisement Management of ODI Contacts Addressing ODI Complaint Issues Database Management for Contacts Complaints Processing Informal Counseling Scheduling ADR Database Management Formal Acceptance and/or Dismissals Scheduling ADR Monitoring Investigations Document Request ROI Review Election: Preparation & Monitoring Hearing Request Processing FAD Request processing No Election FAD processing Final Agency Decision Drafting Reviewing Review of Procedure Dismissals Final Orders Final Actions Policy Maintaining Complaint and Counseling Policy Updating Forms Updating Templates Reporting Annual Requirement Ad-hoc Report Data Calls EEO Complaints Related Meetings Workforce Training Contractors working as EEO Specialist for Complaints Processing Program should have competent skills to meet all the federally mandated roles outlined by EEOC when it comes to processing federally filed EEO Complaints. Requirements: Expertise in two or more areas of Federal Government EEO programs. Minimum of five (5) years of SEP experience. Developing and executing programs related to SEP. Minimum of five (5) years of preparing accurate federal government EEO and Diversity reports. Minimum of five (5) years of federal government Reasonable Accommodation processing and knowledge of associated laws. Trained in RA process. Minimum of five (5) years of ODI/EEO related trainings and the ability to provide, create and implementing agency wide and specialty training. Ability to conduct training in person and remotely. Minimum of five (5) years of working with Diversity programs designated for the federal government, preferred knowledge of current Diversity EO. Minimum of five (5) years as Certified mediator/ADR professional; experience with other ADR methods.
