Your day to day as a E-Commerce Marketplace ManagerAs our E-Commerce Marketplace Manager at Strong Spas, you will have the exhilarating opportunity to oversee and optimize our presence on major online platforms such as Wayfair, Sam's Club, and Costco. By expanding into new territories and retail accounts, you will be at the forefront of driving our e-commerce sales to new heights. Utilize your expertise in PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, and sales promotions to ensure maximum visibility and revenue generation. Your role will involve maintaining brand registry, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing data to continuously enhance our marketplace performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to keep our listings competitive and appealing.
With a focus on increasing sales, AOV, customer satisfaction, and ROI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketplace success by:
Oversee all aspects of online Ecommerce accounts such as Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon (Seller Central/Vendor Central)
Taking primary ownership in proactively managing and advancing the company's catalog across various online marketplaces, including rapid launch of new products
Increase Sales, ROI, ratings and customer satisfaction
Review and understand online marketplaces best practices and make recommendations to upstream services to ensure compliance of product listings
Manage alerts with urgency and optimize SKU performance
Monitor trends, pricing and offers in industry, including from competitors
Undertake additional tasks as directed by upper management
