E-Commerce Assistant (with HubSpot Sales Experience)

About Us
White River Hardwoods is a leading provider of high-quality architectural woodcarvings and moldings. We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Assistant who not only knows Shopify and Amazon inside out but also leverages HubSpot Sales to track quotes and drive our online growth.
Job Responsibilities
• Add and manage product listings on Shopify and Amazon
• Maintain and update product information, descriptions, and images
• Oversee and schedule content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest)
• Utilize HubSpot Sales to track quotes, manage customer relationships, and monitor campaign performance
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms
• Monitor online store performance and suggest improvements
• Stay up to date with e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media trends to enhance our online presence
Requirements
✔️ 2-3 years of experience with Shopify and Amazon
✔️ Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales, including tracking quotes and managing customer interactions
✔️ Knowledge of social media management and content creation
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
✔️ Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing (preferred)
