Job Description:
Infosys is looking for a D365 CRM Developer who will work as part of a team focused on delivering customer-centric features. The role involves the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software components and services in Dynamics 365 CRM to help customers optimize their business processes.
Location Requirement :
Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, or Richardson, TX, or be willing to relocate. Occasional travel to project locations may be required.
Required Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience accepted in lieu of each year of education).
Authorization : Open to candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship.
Experience :
4+ years with Dynamics 365 CE and experience in Azure implementations for applications, services, APIs, and data.
Proficiency in C# and .NET for customizations in Dynamics 365.
Strong foundation in software engineering practices, data structures, algorithms, and debugging.
Ability to manage project timelines and deliver quality software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in troubleshooting and leading technical investigations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in interacting with clients.
Strong customer focus and ability to make critical decisions independently in fast-paced environments.
Experience in drafting requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
