Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE architect with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
This role involves developing implementing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives and enhance our technological capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
Provide technical expertise and support for infrastructure-related projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure-related topics.
Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure technology to drive innovation.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that support business goals.
Qualifications - Possess extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential infrastructure challenges.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position will depend on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
