Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the necessary skills to become safe and confident drivers.
Duties
- Instruct students on driving techniques and safety rules
- Provide both classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction
- Demonstrate proper driving practices
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs
- Evaluate students' driving abilities and progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance
Requirements
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR LICENSE.
Age: Must be at least 21 years old
License: Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
Experience: Must have a clean driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience.
Examination: Pass exam with a 90% or higher
- Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and guide students
- Experience in adult education or working with students is preferred
- Proficient driving skills and a valid driver's license
- Classroom management abilities to create a conducive learning environment
- Ability to educate and empower students to become responsible drivers
