Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $15/hour

Experience: Front desk and medical experience is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Clark Personnel is seeking a Receptionist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Answers phone calls and directs inquiries to appropriate staff
• Greet guests entering the office in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide administrative assistance to the office
• Organize files and assist with record keeping and database management
• Manage office mail, email, and text correspondence

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
