In partnership with the Global People Officer (GPO), the Director of Talent Management will build a global talent management infrastructure that aligns with JSI’s strategic business imperatives, vision, and values. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of talent management best practices, global HR trends, and a strong ability to influence and drive organizational change. The Director will collaborate across the organization to implement JSI’s global talent management strategy, programs, and processes including leadership development, talent analytics, mentorship/coaching, succession planning, performance management, and organizational learning. As part of the global human resources team, the Director will foster a culture of knowledge sharing that promotes collaboration, coaching, and training opportunities to engage and develop the workforce at all levels. The preference is for this position to be based in Boston or Washington DC. We may also consider a fully remote position in states where JSI R&T is registered (AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, PA, RI, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI).Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Salary Range: $123,061 - $215,897 based on experience & location
