Director of Operations - Leading Hospitality Group (PLEASE NOTE: this role is based in Grand Rapids, MI)

• A boots-on-the-ground leader - equally at home in the dining room, kitchen, or boardroom.
• A teacher and operator - you know the ins and outs of running successful restaurants and can coach your team to do the same at the highest level.
• Growth-minded - ready to partner with a respected, established restaurant group that's building momentum and aiming for the next level.
• Exeprienced with mentoring and guiding a large motivated team of individuals that comes with a proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple concepts in the upscale casual to finer dining restauramt segment.
