JOB SUMMARY
The Director Employment Brand develops the recruitment marketing strategies and creative solutions to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This position is responsible for leading and developing the implementation of new employment brand marketing strategies, use of digital technologies, and creative campaigns to strengthen market perception among current and future associates. The Director disseminates strategies to the brand that align and support the enterprise vision through collaboration with key stakeholders, including the brand management and marketing teams, This position acts as a key liaison with the properties and regional teams for brand employment recruitment projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major.
OR
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in brand employment marketing and recruiting, Marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Strategy
• Develop and administer a multi-year employment brand strategy that aligns with business priorities.
• Develop and own the employment brand value proposition, positioning, messaging, and creative strategy in collaboration with the brand management & marketing organization.
• Own and direct the team on execution of the overall employer brand and strategic plans to enhance the brands reputation in the marketplace among potential and current associates.
• Identify and monitor metrics and measurement areas, analyze data to determine priorities as well as track employment brand performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Evaluate data opportunities and adapt strategies where needed into actionable plans.
• Create a strategy to gather and analyze metrics to capture tags, source codes, and review the candidate journey.
Creative Production
• Lead the development of the careers micro-site in partnership with the marketing team and the enterprise brand team.
• Create and build innovative overall employment brand and marketing programs for candidate and associate “touchpoints” to include employment advertising materials and online recruiting platforms.
• Own relationship with agency partners and stakeholders to create media content and other promotional materials.
• Direct the implementation of the employment brand and recruitment marketing initiatives and related collateral, products, programs, and services.
Verify creative is in alignment with overarching employment identity and voice, including activation and guidelines, brand messaging, advertising, and photography/video.
Relationship Management
• Serve as brand champion with expert knowledge on the brands’ employment value positioning, business plans and strategic imperatives.
• Provide direction and communications to executive leadership, General Managers, property teams and ownership on brand recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, encourage collaboration, and add value through consulting activities.
• Monitor team and individual performance’s establishing clear standards, expectations, timelines, budget requirements and optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with other departments and teams to set clear responsibilities for each group, as well as communicate clear expectations about how departments, teams, and individuals contribute to success of recruitment marketing strategies.
• Identify and focus on business opportunities that have the highest value for the brand.
• Manage the department, team, and individual workloads by prioritizing tasks and delegating assignments appropriately, helping others understand work requirements, and obtaining resources departments and teams need to accomplish their work.

The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $143,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
