ECHO Incorporated, a leader in the outdoor power equipment industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will assist the organization in expanding and leveraging its digital footprint to support the overall business objectives.

This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with brand manager and agency partners, develop and execute annual digital advertising plans to favorably increase desired metrics.
  • Lead and implement website strategy (UX + content) across all owned websites and retailer.com properties.
  • Manage existing content and new content creation for ECHO's .com properties and retailer.com sites, assuring quality and consistent communication via product pages, articles, videos, etc.
  • Oversee and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to continuously improve website ranking and organic traffic acquisition.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, promote brand loyalty, and generate leads.
  • Develop and implement product reviews strategies to encourage and leverage positive reviews to enhance brand reputation and drive sales.
  • Leverage the full suite of online reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Tableau, ensuring activities are monitored and continuously optimized against the pre-established KPIs.
  • Lead a team of talented individuals by fostering a positive and productive environment where the members feel empowered to contribute their best work and achieve shared goals.

Job Experience/Skills:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2C or D2C digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer goods marketing principles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing direct reports.
  • Strong analytical skillset with proven ability to translate data into actionable narratives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

Travel: Up to 25% domestic and international travel is required for this role.
