As our team expands, we’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Light Commercial HVAC Service Technician .

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service through efficient, accurate work and effective communication.
• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems, including forced-air, steam, hot water, oil, high velocity, and ductless systems.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to tackle airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges.
• Keep accurate logs of all work performed and manage truck inventory for flat-rate repairs.
• Educate customers on enhancing the comfort, efficiency, and safety of their homes.
• Mentor and assist in the development of junior service technicians.
• Adhere to company systems and administrative details related to the service department.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR.
• High standards for work quality; excellence and integrity are essential.

• Dependability and consistency in all areas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on HVAC units.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Ability to hear and speak for effective communication.
