We are hiring a Design Engineer to join their team in Palo Alto, CA . This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals who are eager to tackle hands-on design, development, and production challenges. What You’ll Do: Support the design and production of RF-based and high-voltage electronic devices Contribute to mechanical and RF design, analysis, and testing Participate in all stages of product development — from concept to manufacturing Identify design improvements, cost reductions, and yield enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from engineering to production Develop engineering documentation and work instructions to support product quality and efficiency Drive continuous improvement in both product and process design What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (internships and co-ops welcome!)
