Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Position Summary:
Seeking a Data Entry Operator to support mission-critical applications for multiple United States Air Force programs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a structured, secure development environment and able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and government systems/customers to deliver robust, accurate, reports of government owned materials and property.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily transaction history between US Government and cleint programs
• Research rejected transactions, work to resolution, and process correction transactions
• Utilize the an internal tool to research and validate transactions that require a message.Transactions that require monitoring include but are not limited to:
o Issues: to another Government location or contractor location, to a Next Higher Assembly, to disassembly, or to scrap
o Receipts: from production sales, a government facility, government contractor location, or from a Next Higher Assembly
o Ownership transfers: from one DoD agency to another
o Misc updates: Condition Code Changes, Part Number changes, etc.
• Collaborate with program leads and engineers to enhance processes
• Support data integrity, quality assurance, and compliance with project-specific security and coding standards.

• U.S. Citizenship (mandatory for access to defense-related systems).
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Work Environment & Expectations:
• May require working in secure facilities or with sensitive data systems.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and occasionally travel if project requires.
