Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher

Full time (8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday – Friday)

Pay $20 per hour

Required Background, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Bilingual preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answering customer phone calls and emails promptly.
• Dispatching call-ins/emergency calls to drivers/managers promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• When necessary, escalating customer issues to the appropriate manager or department.
• Collaborating with other departments.
• Updating customer accounts/files with information such as installation warranties, contact, billing, and site requirements.
• Creating and distributing invoices and reports.
• Cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness and flagging missing information.
• Entering data accurately and directly, with attention to detail, from hard copy to database.
• Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality
• Searching and investigating rebate information.
• Preparing rebate reports based on account balances.
• Preparing rebate checks.
• Utilizing Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Star2Star communication system
• Providing information to drivers/managers about customer location, access times/codes, and contact information.
• Following up with drivers/managers for job completion.
