**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER**
As our Customer Service Representative, you are the "go-to" person at our company. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer care! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers.
As one of our high-functioning Dispatchers, your demeanor is friendly and confident. You easily converse with clients on the phone and dispatch calls to technicians. Your primary goal is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency. Working hard to ensure that customer service expectations are not only met but exceeded, you maximize technicians' time and mileage. You inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays via phone communication. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs as conflicts arise. You eagerly organize the days and weeks ahead to maintain consistency and balance for all involved. Company success is due in part to your skills and abilities. You love what you do!
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Relevant customer service or dispatch experience of 2 years
* Able to use computers and technology accurately
* Exceptional phone skills
* Can pass a background check
* This is a remote position, but we do require that you live in the Florence area
