Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Jim Hall Heating & Air Conditioning – Staten Island, NY
Part-Time/ Full-Time | Office-Based
Jim Hall Heating & Air Conditioning is a well-established HVAC company serving Staten Island and surrounding areas with dependable, high-quality service. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated to help ensure excellent customer experiences from first call to final follow-up.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Schedule service appointments, installations, and follow-ups
Input and manage customer data accurately in the company’s CRM system (experience a plus)
Communicate effectively with technicians and management to coordinate scheduling and updates
Handle billing questions, service updates, and general office support tasks
Assist with outbound follow-up calls and customer satisfaction checks
Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times
Requirements:
1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience (HVAC or home services industry a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency; CRM experience is a plus (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone demeanor and strong attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
