Department: Housekeeping

Job Title: Housekeeper / Custodian

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager / Director of Facilities

Position Description: maintain a clean and safe environment of the clubhouse and surrounding buildings and areas for our members and guests. The position is full-time, with an hourly range between $17.15 - $18.00 depending on experience.

2. Acts as a role model within and outside the Club
3. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
4. Communicates regularly with supervisor about department issues
5. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
6. Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
7. Maintains confidentiality of all data
8. Meets department productivity standards

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
2. Ensuring that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and stored
3. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be critical to the success of our organization
4. Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management
5. Dusts all surfaces
6. Cleans and wipes bathroom facilities
7. Empties all wastebaskets
8. Disinfects telephones as necessary
9. Buffs floors and shampoo carpets
10. Cleans and polishes brass
11. Washes windows inside and outside
12. Assist with removal of furniture and set up for functions
13. Performs any and all tasks assigned by supervisor
