Full Job DescriptionCreative Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Creative Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of creative and project management skills to effectively coordinate teams and communicate with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.Coordinate with creative teams to develop project briefs and timelines.Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.Schedule and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.Identify and manage project risks to minimize disruptions.Implement Agile methodologies to improve project efficiency.Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align project goals and expectations.Drive creative development processes to deliver innovative solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Project Management.6+ years experience in creative project management of work across the media,entertainment industry video, photography, print/OOH, digital display/rich media,Proven skills in budget management and resource allocation.Strong ability to coordinate teams and foster collaboration.Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with Agile project management methodologies.Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Knowledge of risk management techniques and quality assurance processes.Nice to have: Working knowledge of Adobe Suite Bilingual Spanish is a plusIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
