We’re a creative video production company in Independence, Ohio helping brands tell authentic stories that connect with real people. We work with businesses, nonprofits, and agencies to create high-quality video content from concept to final delivery. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to help keep our projects, clients, and team moving forward smoothly.

This isn’t a boring corporate PM role. You’ll wear a lot of hats and play a crucial part in helping us deliver awesome video projects while keeping our creative team focused and our clients happy.

You’ll be the glue between clients, our internal team, and our freelance talent pool.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, and fast learner who can bring structure to our fast-moving workflow. You’ll report directly to the owner and play a key role in streamlining business tasks, project manage, optimize workflow efficiencies, implementing AI software for streamlining tasks. You will also assist some of the digital marketing content (mainly social media behind the scenes, tips and tutorials, meme content), SEO and website design, assist with pre-production efforts, and help on set when needed.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management and Operations:

• Manage projects from start to finish inside our project management software (preferably Asana experience)
• Delegate tasks to freelance editors, shooters, and other creatives for client re-edits
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables
• Track project progress, update timelines, and ensure smooth communication between all parties
• Anticipate roadblocks and proactively solve problems before they arise
• Organize client feedback and communicate edits to the team
• Help develop internal SOPs and workflows to improve efficiency

Client Management & Communications:

• Respond to client emails and handle project-related communication in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
• Help write proposals, estimates, and scopes of work
• Schedule client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Lead client onboarding and offboarding processes
• Be the main point of contact for project updates and status checks

Pre-Production & Creative Support:

• Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and building shot lists with the creative team
• Help coordinate shoot logistics (locations, schedules, crew, permits)
• Organize pre-production materials and client assets
• Ensure clear creative direction is communicated to all team members

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience (video production, marketing agency, or creative industry strongly preferred)
• Experience working with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with video production processes and creative workflows
• Tech-savvy (Mac user) and comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Understanding of video post-production workflows is a bonus
• Knowledge of video editing, digital marketing, Adobe products, Final Cut Pro, photography, videography, camera technical skills, or web design is a bonus (not required)

• Any digital marketing (SEO, web design, etc.) is a bonus.
• Proficiency with Mac computers and general tech savviness.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and composition is a bonus
• Familiarity with Adobe products (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom preferred).
• Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing.
• Final Cut Pro Experience (huge plus)
• Knowledge of technical camera settings

Compensation:

This role will be structured as a W-2 employee position with a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience and fit.
