We are looking for Intensive In-Community Counselors to join our growing team. Serenity Grace & Joy Counseling (SGJ) Is a faith-based, intensive in-community counseling agency that meets the diverse needs of youth and their families.

-Must have Full New Jersey licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LRC, LSW, LAC) to be considered. Valid driver's license and complete criminal background check.

We are looking for therapists to serve Essex, Hudson, Union, Morris or Middlesex Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Must meet with the youth and their family in their home and/or community on a weekly basis.
• Must maintain youth’s clinical record including weekly progress notes, treatment plans, and BAISPs if applicable. Serenity Grace and Joy Counseling is culturally competent, faith-based, strength based, youth and family-centered care.
• Participate in quarterly treatment plans with CMO agency.
• Must maintain and provide proof of general and professional liability insurance.
• Prior Intensive In-Community (IIC) experience is a plus.
• Must participate in Group Supervision and/or Private Individual Supervision
• Fluency in multiple languages (Creole, Spanish & Portuguese especially) is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per Diem

Salary: depends on licensure level and experience, up to $80.00 per hour
