We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across our organization. This role is pivotal in building a diverse, high-performing team to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and Recruit Top Talent: Identify and attract qualified candidates for open roles through innovative sourcing strategies, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed).

  • Build Diverse Candidate Pipelines: Proactively develop and maintain a robust pool of active and passive candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with HR and department managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.

  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct prescreening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a strong fit for open positions.

  • Enhance Digital Recruitment: Optimize our online presence by posting roles on job boards, improving our careers website, and exploring new digital recruiting tools and platforms.

  • Promote Our Brand: Represent the company at college career fairs, job fairs, and professional events to attract top talent.

  • Advertise Strategically: Place job postings in newspapers, with professional organizations, and other relevant channels to maximize reach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting within a corporate environment.

  • An emphasis in Sales and Leadership will be helpful in this role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed) for recruitment purposes.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Positive, adaptable, and professional demeanor with the ability to engage diverse hiring managers.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for career fairs and recruiting events.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
