Job Description

Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
• Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
• Partner with corporate development leadership to evaluate and integrate the acquired company into the Firm and ensure successful integration to achieve strategic rationale, value drivers, and synergies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Corporate Development, Consulting, Integration, or Project Management experience.
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• Strong experience in closed M&A deals.
