We are offering an exciting opportunity in the non-profit sector at our location in Palm Desert, California. We are in search of a Controller who will play a crucial role in managing our accounting operations, ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including areas such as billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Produce and analyze accounting data and financial reports to inform organizational decision-making.
• Prepare and scrutinize the organization's budget and financial forecasts to ensure fiscal health.
• Coordinate and ensure the completion of annual audits, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability.
• Guarantee compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant governmental regulations to uphold our reputation for integrity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data.
• Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, and budget processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our accounting functions.• Must have proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Strong experience with CRM is required
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports is necessary
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is expected
• Must be adept in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is important
• Must have experience in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required
