We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support our rapidly growing Buy with Prime and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment businesses.
The successful candidate has excellent communication skills, and will support drafting and negotiating contracts, help develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. You will also participate in team-wide meetings, departmental goals and collaborative projects, and have access and visibility to business leadership. Key job responsibilities- 5+ years of contracts management, transactional paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
- Experience working with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Project management experience
- In-house contracts management experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many simultaneous workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Sound and practical business judgment and common sense
