Job Summary

Applicants must have entertainment experience and reside in Nashville TN.

As our Content Manager – Online, you'll lead content planning, creation, publishing, and performance analysis across the group’s websites and social media platforms. You’ll shape our voice, grow our reach, and help us connect more deeply with music fans, pop culture lovers,

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute content strategy across all of Entertainment Groups platforms.
  • Plan, write, and publish digital content: articles, landing pages, announcements, updates, social media posts, newsletter copy, and web pages.
  • Work closely with creative, editorial, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
  • Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
  • Maintain publishing calendars and ensure consistent output across platforms.
  • Manage freelancers or junior creators, as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in digital content, editorial, and social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content planning skills.
  • Experience with content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with music, entertainment, and youth culture is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CMS platforms primarily Wordpress VIP, graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop), or short-form video editing.
  • Currently resides in the Nashville Tennessee area.
