The Role: Social Content Creator for STMNT Wear, an athleisure brand launching in May 2025

We’re seeking a Contract Content Creator to work directly with our creative director to create the social strategy and produce media.

What You’ll Do

• Concept & Strategy: Work with the STMNT Studios team to plan content that highlights STMNT Wear’s products and brand identity.
• Content Production: Capture and videos and other creative assets for use on social media, email campaigns, and web platforms.
• Creative Copywriting: Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and marketing messages aligned with STMNT Wear’s tone.
• Platform Management: Schedule and publish content on various social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistency in brand presentation.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics, report on trends, and optimize content based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio/Experience: Demonstrated ability to create on-brand, visually striking, trendy content with 2+ years in a similar content creation or marketing role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci) and an understanding of social media best practices. Content will be shot on iPhone + DSLR (or cinema cameras)
• Creativity & Independence: Comfortable taking ownership of projects, self-managing timelines, and delivering final assets with minimal oversight.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and responsiveness to feedback from the STMNT team.
• Passion for Lifestyle & Fashion: A genuine interest in athleisure and fitness fashion is a plus.

Contract Details

• Type: Independent contractor position.
• Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week (flexible based on project demands).
• Compensation: Monthly retainer or per-project fee (commensurate with experience).
• Location: Remote; occasional on-site requirements as needed for photoshoots or events.
