We are a 100% warm sales environment and are looking for *Sales Super Stars* who love to sell direct to interested clients on the phone from a flexible environment at home. No cold calling!

You’ll be talking with dozens of dog owners each day, consulting with them on their dog’s behavior and training needs, and scheduling them within our network of dog trainers. Sure, they could get their dog trained anywhere…but you’re here to show them why our trainers are the best !
This is a work-from-home position in a well-established company. We are a small virtual call center and ALL of our sales team work from home and have done so for over a decade. Family-owned and operated, we think a remote work environment provides a better work-life balance and we have a number of tools in place to train, engage, and support you remotely. Our team works closely together each day and you will know everyone in the company on a first-name basis. There are no upfront costs to "buy in", you will be a W2 employee with a guaranteed hourly wage, benefits, and incentive bonuses based on performance.

Pay:
Guaranteed Base + Daily and Monthly Bonuses. You will receive an hourly base with multiple bonus opportunities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. W2 hourly employee, paid direct deposit, bimonthly pay dates. Pay range is typically $16-$25/hr, depending on performance.
Hours:
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Our hours of operation are 8am to 6pm MST, Monday-Sunday. There is some flexibility to design a schedule that fits your life, whether that includes a split shift and midday break, a 4-day work week, or 6 days with shorter hours. Open to discussion as there are several creative ways to meet the coverage needs and we are happy to discuss this in the interview process. Note weekend hours are a requirement.
