What We Do:
Our projects include Exterior repairs, unit turns and home restorations. Occupied and being busy is never a problem. We partner with multiple property management companies and oversee and handle unit turnovers. Demos and remodels as well as outside work consisting of but not limited to siding, soffit, fascia, concrete, decks, fencing and more.

Job Title: Construction Estimator
Reports To: Owner
Employment Type: Full-time
Location and Schedule: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to construction sites. Standard Monday-Friday work schedule, with potential extended hours to meet deadlines.
Position Summary:
The Estimator is responsible for accurately predicting costs related to materials, labor, and project expenses, ensuring the company secures successful bids and contracts. This role involves detailed project planning and analysis, preparing estimates, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will stay current on industry standards, estimating software, and company practices while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive business information. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to company values, and the ability to contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Employee will have prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer; occasional lifting and carrying of materials up to 25-30 pounds; ability to travel to construction sites, involving walking on uneven surfaces or climbing stairs; close vision for reviewing detailed plans and documents; effective hearing and communication in meetings and site visits.
Exposure to various weather conditions, noise, and environmental factors at construction sites. Adherence to safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Frequent client, contractor, and vendor interactions in-person and via email/phone.
