Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Manager (titled Transition Manager internally) to lead communications and change management efforts for two high-impact procurement system initiatives. These projects will affect a large, global audience, including full-time employees, contract workers, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategist who can build trust with stakeholders, craft compelling messages, and support successful adoption of new processes and tools through well-planned communication and training efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Project 1: Time & Materials Management Enhancements

• Develop and execute detailed stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Create and deliver presentations; draft and distribute emails and internal content for various stakeholder groups.
• Review and provide feedback on training materials including presentations, guides, and tutorials.
• Support communication needs across employee, partner, and supplier audiences.

Project 2: Strategic Procurement Enhancements and Rebranding

• Build and implement a rebranding communication plan aligned with updated procurement strategy.
• Develop communications to drive engagement and support behavior and perception changes.
• Draft newsletters, web copy, emails, and presentations.
• Create training and enablement content to support end-user adoption.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in internal/corporate communications , change management , or marketing communications roles.
• Proven ability to create messaging for large, diverse internal and external audiences.
• Experience developing training and engagement materials for enterprise process/tool rollouts.
• Strong presentation design and storytelling skills.
• Experience in Retail , Consumer Goods , or Marketing-related industries preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting procurement, supplier systems, or workforce platforms.
• Exposure to global change or digital transformation initiatives.
