Are you a dynamic, experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and an eye for risk management? You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the client relationship, from policy analysis and renewals to endorsements and certificates. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in commercial lines, property, and casualty.
2. Proven experience in customer service, risk management, policy analysis, renewals, endorsements, and certificates.
3. Exceptional client management and client services skills.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
6. A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. A strong understanding of the commercial insurance industry, including current trends and changes.
8. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to team dynamics and working relationships.
