Overview

FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead FlowAR, a new B2B SaaS venture revolutionizing how finance teams manage accounts receivable (AR). FlowAR's AI AR Agent streamlines credit risk assessment, automates reminders across text, email, and voice, and empowers your collections team to take proactive actiondriving improved liquidity. We are launching in Q4 2025.

As Founding CEO, you will

• Win customers Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion
• Build the product Work with FutureSight\'s product / engineering pod to launch V1 by November 2025
• Raise capital Lead the seed raise with our initial cheque
• Build your team Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation

What You Bring to the Table

• Founder-level drive Motivated to co-found a new venture as the CEO
• Startup scrappiness Comfortable owning something from start to finish
• Previous founding experience Co-founded a product company or B2B SaaS venture or been at a venture-backed company
• Risk appetite and capacity Familiar with entrepreneurial risk profiles
• GTM chops Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
• Fundraising fluency Able to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities
• People leadership Magnet for top talent; coach and culture carrier
• Bonus Exposure to accounting / finance tools and processes or AI agents / LLMs

What You Can Expect

• Daily active engagement with our team to launch the initial product, achieve market traction, and prepare for seed fundraising
• Full P / L ownership of the new entity
