We're seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Education Specialist in Rochester, NY. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of home healthcare through innovative training and education programs.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement comprehensive orientation programs for new staff
• Design and deliver ongoing education initiatives for clinical and paraprofessional staff
• Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness and relevance
• Facilitate clinical competency testing and remedial training
• Collaborate with management to standardize patient educational materials
• Conduct co-visits with field staff to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain up-to-date educational resources and track staff training requirements
• Current, valid RN license issued by New York State Department of Education
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Minimum 1 year of home healthcare experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software systems
• Strong knowledge of OASIS; COS-C certification preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel to branch locations as needed
