Client Services Manager - Staffing Industry

We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our staffing firm to help manage a few direct client accounts. You will help expand the targeted accounts assigned by:

• Personalized relationship building
• Dedicated to our delivery model
• Zoom and face-to-face interaction
• Raise the bar on proficiency and transparency between the client and our firm

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and build relationships with prospective clients
• Be responsible for initial client on-boarding, fostering client relationships and farming execution
• Drive customer acquisition through attending meetings
• Sell and negotiate our recruiting services to past, active and target customers
• Professionally represent the company through marketing strategies
• Collaborate with other Account Managers and Recruiters in order to find optimal job matches
• Analyzes business trends and relevant economic indicators for hiring and compensation information to utilize in the selection of candidates.
• Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.

E ducation, Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous work experience within the roles of, or related fields of, Account Management, Business Development, Inside/Outside Sales, Client Success Management, etc.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
• Good working as a sole contributor, but even better Team Player
• Very Comfortable with Multi-Tasking and Constantly Changing Priorities
• Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve this at a high level
• Excellent communication skills (verbally and written form)
• Self-motivated, high-energy personality
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Superior interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
