Compensation: $65,000 – $110,000 per year (based on licensure, experience, and caseload)

About Us

Integral Psychological Services is a dynamic and compassionate mental health practice committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. We serve a diverse population across West Michigan and are currently seeking a licensed or limited licensed Child Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to provide services both in-person (Wyoming) and via telehealth.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD . The role focuses on providing therapeutic services, not diagnostic or clinical assessments. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to shape your schedule, work setting, and clinical focus.

Please note: This position does not require participation in team meetings or case consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards
• Engage in continued professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LP required)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Specialized experience with autism and ADHD populations strongly preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Comfort with using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Passion for trauma-informed, culturally competent care
