About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the development and execution of the people strategy in alignment with the company's mission and business goals. The CPO will be responsible for talent management, organizational design, training and development, performance management, and employee experience. This executive role demands a seasoned professional with over 15 years' of experience, including at least 5 years' at the executive level, and a proven track record in all aspects of HR management. Key responsibilities for the CPO include spearheading global total rewards strategies, evolving recruitment and retention practices, and driving effective performance and succession planning. Experience in organizational design, talent management, and performance management is essential, as is a deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards. The role also involves establishing policy frameworks to support a diverse, multi-state, and international workforce. A strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver innovative and effective people programs are paramount.
