About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of global programs, processes, systems, and tools that support the global workforce and culture. This includes leading the organization's global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy to ensure it aligns with the mission and vision. The role demands a strategic, operational, and tactical expert who can work with a complex set of stakeholders to manage performance, enhance the culture of inclusion, and evolve the behaviors of leaders and employees. The Chief People Officer will also be a key member of the senior executive team, contributing to business strategy development and leading change initiatives to effectively achieve the organization's mission. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a professional HR certification and a strong background in HR strategy and operations, with a focus on DEIB. Experience in international development or a similar field is preferred, as is a proven track record in organizational development and change management. The role requires a candidate with exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, who can influence and collaborate at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mission and values of the organization, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to drive innovative DEIB initiatives that align with the company's goals. A degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 20 years of related work experience, or a minimum of 25 years of related work experience, is required.
