About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer (CFO/CAO) to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's financial, information services, and facilities operations. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the executive team, ensuring that the company's financial strategy aligns with its mission and goals. Responsibilities include managing the annual operating and capital budgets, preparing financial statements, and championing initiatives to enhance revenue and reduce costs. The CFO/CAO will also lead the information services function to support technology innovation and ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations, as well as oversee facilities operations, including a campus expansion plan. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a senior financial leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and analytical skills, leadership experience at all organizational levels, and a proven track record in leading improvement initiatives. Knowledge of information systems, data analysis, and experience in a healthcare or community-based mental health facility are highly valued. The CFO/CAO will also be responsible for fostering a culturally competent workplace and must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and problem-solving skills. Professional certifications and a background in healthcare construction management and fund development are preferred.
