Change Management Manager | Full Time | Hybrid | Olathe, KS Are you looking for a career that allows you to help an organization navigate fast paced change in a growing industry? Look no further, as the Change Management Manager for the America's you will partner with various key stakeholders to determine the best approach and solution to upcoming changes that could involve technology, process, road mapping, and overall transformation of the business. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Co-responsible, together with Change Management Director, to build Change Agenda & portfolio within the Americas region in close alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver change (leadership) training adjusted to need and context from business;
- Act as a key sounding board for leaders and support dealing with change within all areas of the business.
- Lead change management activities within regional/ global, cross-department projects by using a structured methodology.
- Design change strategies and plans such as communication plan, training plan, sponsorship roadmap & resistance management plan and manage the execution of those plans. This in close cooperation with your key stakeholders.
- Participation in the project and change management community and meetings.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Follow-up and measure the impact of change activities iby staying close to different (business) stakeholders.
- Coaching of direct report and project team members as defined
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE - Master's Degree or Equivalent level by experience (General Management, HR, Psychology)
- Solid experience (5-10 years) with managing & delivering Change programs/ activities within project context and across different domains e.g., digital transformation, M&A context, etc.; Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Competencies: (1) Ability to deal with different projects and topics at the same time (2) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); (3) Senior Leadership/ Stakeholder Management & Relationship building (4) Dealing with Ambiguity - flexibility/ adaptability required (5) Strong problem solving & analysis skills with the focus on people matters - result oriented (6) Team player & "go-getter" (7) People Management.
