THE OPPORTUNITY When you are a Change Management Manager at Primient, you will be responsible for leading the change management process and ensuring the successful implementation of changes. You will be accountable for minimizing the adverse effects of changes and optimizing positive results. You will be an integral part in achieving Primient's goals and achieving a shared vision. This role will be a part of our Business Transformation Team at Primient and report directly to our VP, Business Transformation.
Responsible for the creation and execution of the Change Management process. Your focus is on the
people side of change , which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping individuals to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.
Key responsibilities: Change Management, Manager - Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies:
- Leverage a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Support Communication Efforts:
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to the changes.
- Assess Change Impact:
- Conduct impact analyses to understand how the changes will affect employees and stakeholders.
- Assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Support Training Efforts:
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Drive Adoption and Proficiency:
- Your goal is to increase employee adoption, utilization, and proficiency with the changes.
- Work with and through others in the organization to achieve these outcomes.
- Coach Senior Leaders:
- Act as a coach for senior leaders, helping them fulfill their critical role as change management sponsors.
- Support People Managers and Project Teams:
- Assist people managers and supervisors as they guide their teams through transitions.
- Collaborate with project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
ABOUT YOU - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources).
- 10+ years' of proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Preferred Qualifications: - Change Management Professional (CCMP)certification
