Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at the home office. This role is essential in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support our Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams. Your work will help improve decision-making, boost performance, and enhance the guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support Data-Driven Decisions : Work with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and provide analytical support and recommendations.
• Build and Maintain Reports : Create accurate, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports in Power BI that highlight key metrics and trends.
• Develop Data Models : Assist in building and refining semantic data models to ensure consistency and reliability in reporting.
• Analyze Data Sets : Perform detailed analysis to uncover insights, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations on projects such as sales analysis, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain Data Accuracy : Help ensure the quality and integrity of the data used in reporting and analysis.
• Optimize BI Tools : Monitor existing BI solutions and suggest improvements to increase usability and effectiveness.
• Document & Support : Provide clear documentation and support to team members to help them access and understand BI tools and data.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
• Proficiency with Power BI (or similar BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Looker).
• Basic to intermediate experience with data modeling and using tools like DAX or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with data from systems such as POS, CRM, or cloud-based sources is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset and a passion for using data to improve business outcomes.
