About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead full-cycle ERP implementations , collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions that optimize operations across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation projects , engaging directly with client leadership and managing multiple engagements under tight timelines.
• Configure and deploy Business Central solutions, including system setup, data migration, and environment management .
• Drive functional improvements across purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing, supply chain, and warehousing operations .
• Implement and customize modules for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Service Management, Inventory Costing , and ISVs such as Insight Works .
• Collaborate with developers to design and build enhancements, customizations, and integrations .
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Document objectives, findings, and recommendations for client projects.
• Provide timely technical support and apply ERP best practices to client solutions.
• Stay current on ERP trends, Power Platform capabilities, and emerging AI tools like D365 Copilot .

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, IT , or equivalent experience.
• 35 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementations .
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP integration .
• Experience implementing the Projects module in D365 Business Central.
• Familiarity with ISVs such as Continia, Binary Stream, Avalara, Plumline, InsightSoftware .
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Excellent problem-solving and client service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PowerApps and Power BI .
• Knowledge of D365 Copilot and emerging AI capabilities .
• Experience supporting Non-Profit organizations .
