Responsibilities
Reconciliations
1 Utilize your indepth knowledge of investment banking processes and systems to conduct thorough reconciliations of financial data identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
2 Collaborate with various stakeholders including financial operations teams technology teams and business units to ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation processes
3 Develop and implement best practices for reconciliation activities including designing and implementing automated reconciliation solutions where applicable
Business Analysis
1 Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical requirements ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory guidelines
2 Conduct comprehensive analysis of investment banking workflows systems and processes identifying areas for improvement and optimization
3 Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements validate solutions and provide recommendations for process enhancements
Project Management
1 Lead and actively participate in investment banking projects managing project scope timelines and deliverables
Develop project plans identify key milestones and monitor progress to ensure successful project implementation
2 Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including senior management business users technology teams and vendors to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business objectives
Senior Stakeholder Management
1 Proactively engage with senior stakeholders including Clevel executives business heads and functional leaders to understand their needs provide strategic advice and build strong relationships
2 Act as a trusted advisor offering expert insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders on investment banking strategies industry trends and regulatory requirements
3 Effectively communicate complex concepts and information to senior stakeholders both verbally and in written form ensuring clear understanding and alignment
Requirements
Masters degree in finance Business Economics or a related field MBA or advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience minimum 10 years in the investment banking domain with a strong focus on reconciliations business analysis and project management
Deep understanding of any of the domains Equities FX and Derivatives Payments Trade finance custody Asset servicing Syndicated loans
Proven experience in senior stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise senior executives
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders
Proficiency in using financial systems databases and software tools including MS Office Suite and project management software
