The team is part of a construction and real estate development firm known for its expertise in commercial and residential projects. As a Building Task Consultant, your role is crucial in providing specialized guidance and support for various construction tasks and project management.
Responsibilities:Task Evaluation: Assess and analyze building tasks to determine project scope, requirements, and timelines.
Construction Planning: Develop detailed plans and strategies for executing building tasks efficiently and effectively.
Resource Management: Coordinate resources, materials, and manpower to ensure smooth task execution.
Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in building tasks.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Problem Solving: Identify challenges during building tasks and propose solutions to overcome obstacles.
Task Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building tasks for future reference.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in construction project management or a related field within the real estate industry.
