Your new company

Hays has partnered with a reputable developer, owner, operator in Bothell who is looking to hire a Building Engineer to support all building operations of a 'Class A' business park!

Your new role

• Performing regular audits on building management systems.
• Managing the preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment is being serviced accordingly.
• Assisting management with all safety and security procedures.
• Completion of tenant work orders and providing information necessary to maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Locate and report any irregular operation or performance of the equipment and implement procedures for correction.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a minimum of 3+ years of technical experience in a Class A office or Highrise multifamily setting.
• 07 License highly preferred but not required
• You will have excellent communication skills internally and externally and the ability to work with a team
• Experience with all general maintenance requirements of the building (electrical, plumbing, preventative)
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot and read/understand blueprints

What you'll get in return

Pays from $80,000 to $88,000 (based on experience)
