BOOKKEEPER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client's accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to handle financial data with confidentiality.

OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• Maintain and update financial records for the warehouse company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Track and manage inventory transactions in coordination with warehouse operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.

BOOKKEEPER'S PREFERRED QUALIFICATONS:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
