Responsibilities:
1. Design BMS system solution;
2. Collaborate, analyze and maintain of BMS customer requirements;
3. BMS project management, such as making detailed software, hardware and test plans and identifying major technical risks;
4. Troubleshoot field and customer issues;
5. Maintain a good customer relationship and satisfaction;
6. Summarize customer needs, gather internal and external resources, establish a sustained competitive BMS product and seek new customers/projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in renewable energy, electrical engineering, automation, power electronics and other related majors;
2. Have at least 3 years of experience in BMS or system;
3. Experience in BMS software development or project management is preferred;
4. Familiar with the principle and strategy of automobile power system, understand basic principle of automobile power distribution and the basic logic of ECU electronic control unit, and be familiar with CAN bus and protocol;
5. Familiar with battery management system related control strategy or vehicle system control strategy;
6. Familiar with CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape and other testing tools;
7. Understand the concepts related to functional safety ISO62626;
8. Understand Aspice, ISO, IEC and IEEE29119 processes;
9. Fluent English communication skills;
10. Outgoing, optimistic person who can work under strong pressure is preferred.
